MIO: For ready stock item, MOQ is 1 carton for each size or each color. For customized item, MOQ is 1 piece.Q2.Can you make customized items?
MIO: Yes, customized service is acceptable. And the production of the customization need 10-20 days.
Q3.Do you provide the samples?
MIO: Yes, samples are free. But you should pay some sample freight cost, and it will be reture back when you place the order.
Q4.How to get the price?
MIO: Price based on your bag type, size, material, thickness, printing colors and quantity. Only all these details cleared, we could provide the exact price to you.
Q5.What about the lead time for mass production?
MIO: About 5-10 working days. Based on your quantity.
Q6.Why should you buy from us not from other supplier?
MIO: 6 printing machines, 6 laminating machines, 4 slitting machines and 20 bag making machines.
Q7.How can we guarantee the quality?
MIO: We have a professional ERP system for real-time monitoring of production. We have professional testing equipment, such as Heat Seal Tester. Gas Permeability Test System Leak Tester and Water Vapor Transmission Rate Tester.
Q8.What’s the payment terms?
MIO: For ready stock item order, we will charge full payment. For customized order, we will charge 50% deposit before production. When the goods are completed, we will charge the 50% balance.
